Etna, will afford a unique opportunity to witness first-hand the landscape and surroundings molded by millennia of eruptions, perfect for cultivating grape varietals such as Carricante, Nerello Cappuccio and Nerello Mascalese. The Island of Pantelleria with it's Moscato Passito and the Island of Lipari’s PassIto from Malvasia grapes, will be a sweet and fitting end to this succulent journey. Through in-depth, seminars you will learn about the characteristics of the soil, details and properties of the main grape varietals and about the art of winemaking. Wine tasting methodology, proper serving techniques and food pairing will all be part of the indoctrination with many opportunities to test your newly acquired knowledge.
